Bonjour! And happy Friday! I am currently writing this post from a train headed to Paris and could not be happier to be traveling again. My friend Mercedes and I are going to the champagne region for two days before spending a few days in Paris. It’s our first girls trip together.
I have been super busy lately and have been slacking on Friday Favorites posts. Work has been slightly crazy and in between I’ve been trying to plan for this trip and Greece next month. With covid, nearly everything requires a reservation, so it’s a lot more work than travel used to be. Of course, I’m not complaining because I’m glad to travel at all!
The Netherlands hasn’t been trending so well with covid cases, largely because they opened nightclubs before the under 30s had been vaccinated. It makes me so nervous that travel is going to close again. We are vaccinated, but that does not mean total immunity. Fingers crossed for all our summer travel plans.

Just ordered this swimsuit top (EU) and this bottom (EU) for Mykonos. I don’t normally wear this much leopard, but I actually really love this print. It’s not trashy at all.
I’ve been reading this book and am almost finished. It’s a really interesting story and also speaks a lot to modern day race relations. Highly recommend reading.
While in Paris, I’m definitely planning to do some of the things in my travel guide. I wrote this on my last girls trip to Paris, and it’s still relevant!
